Who we are
Rail Logistic, filiale à 100% de la Société Nationale des Transports Ferroviaires (SNTF), est un opérateur logistique majeur en Algérie. Avec un capital social de 1 500 000 000 DA et 640 collaborateurs, l'entreprise est en activité depuis 1993. Elle dispose d'infrastructures importantes et de moyens pour garantir des prestations logistiques "Door to Door".
Building on its expertise, Rail Logistic also acts as a customs auxiliary, leveraging strategically located infrastructure in the Rouiba Industrial Zone, at Bazoul-Jijel station, and in the logistics activity zones of Oran Senia and El Karma.
The company also provides port handling and transit services at the ports of Annaba, Béjaïa, Ghazaouet, and Skikda.

OUR History
Incorporation
EPE RAIL TRANSIT SPA was created with share capital of DZD 5,000,000. Its initial business scope covered customs brokerage, procurement management, warehousing, and transport.
Articles of Association Updated
The company articles of association were updated.
Accreditations
Accreditation as a transport forwarding agent was obtained.
Capital Increase
Share capital increased from DZD 20,000,000 to DZD 135,000,000.
Business Expansion
The corporate purpose was expanded to include transport, warehousing, storage activities, and a head-office relocation.
New Identity
The company was renamed from RAIL TRANSIT SPA to RAIL LOGISTIC SPA. Packaging and bonded warehousing activities were added.
Governance
The Board of Directors was reorganized.
Diversification
The corporate purpose was amended to add tourism and travel services, while printing and rental activities were removed.
